In this 10-day design competition, 2nd and 3rd-year students were paired up and asked to design an artists' community in Sidney, Maine adjacent to the Snow Pond Center for the Arts.

The proposal, which incorporated multi-generational housing and a walkable village center surrounding a park, was selected as the winning design.
